Whirlpool Ridge is a 2830m mountain in David Thompson Country. Views from the summit looking West towards the Icefields Parkway, South into the Siffleur Wilderness Area, and North into White Goat Provincial Park are great given the relatively low elevation of this mountain. To obtain these views you will have to traverse a daunting ridge or bushwhack and creek cross up the valley to horribly loose scree slopes so they come at a price.
