Ptarmigan Peak is a 3035m mountain in the Skoki Area of Banff National Park. The views from Ptarmigan Peak are fantastic and this is a great easy scramble for those who are just getting into scrambling. Most of the way up is a trail in scree but there is a couple meter downclimb to get you onto the summit slope of Ptarmigan, in early season this may be covered in snow.
