Valad Peak is a 3250m mountain in Jasper National Park. Although Valad Peak is quite tall it is overshadowed by Mount Brazeau to the North so it should only be done after you do Mount Brazeau. It is a very easy mountain to climb as along as you have a little bit of glacier travel experience. There is also an excellent bivy site at Swan Pass for those interested in climbing this mountain.
